Accommodation Description

This all season vacation rental cabin, situated in the rain forest of British Columbia, is close to Lund Harbour and Village. The glamping site is exclusively yours for the duration of your visit, whether you come alone, or you are a group of thirteen people.

Here you can enjoy wildlife viewing, beachcombing, hiking the Sunshine Coast Trail from the front door, and other activities such as kayaking in Desolation Sound, visiting Savary Island's white sandy beaches, receiving a Reiki Treatment from a Reiki master. Possibilities are endless and magical at the Dome.

THE GLAMPING SITE
The Dome retreat, originally built in the 1970's has been artistically restored. It consists of a main building, a bathhouse and a bunkhouse, which are all located in a small perimeter. The main building can accommodate up to eight people and the bunkhouse has a capacity of five people. A unique loft, located on the upper part of our main building has a capacity of three people.
The main floor consists of a living area, a dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a full kitchen. The living area features hardwood floors and a wood pellet stove.

The bathhouse provides full amenities, including a sauna.

LOCATION
From City of Vancouver,B.C.
Minimum driving, following coastal Hwy 101 which ends in Lund.
Travel on two car ferries with spectacular scenery, possible whale, porpoise sightings
Drive for approx 2 hrs between one ferry and 1 hr from the 2nd ferry.
The site is also accessible from Vancouver Island via the Comox ferry, approx. 1-1/2 hr travel time and then drive for 30 minutes.
