For one of the most unique romantic getaways in NSW, check out this Blue Mountains accommodation made from a converted barn on a working apple orchard. The large queen-size bed is appointed with soft bedding and linens, and the private bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a freestanding stone bathtub with magnificent views of the surrounding area. Towels are kindly provided by the host.

The large open-plan interior has a stunning wooden decor, and large windows along the side that let in lots of natural light and offer guests the most amazing views. Comfortable sofas are centered around a fireplace, which provides a homey touch and warmth in winter. The kitchen has everything guests need to prepare themselves romantic candle-lit dinners, which can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table. There is no Wi-Fi nor television at this rental.

Outside, guests can chill out together with a bottle of wine on the furnished wooden deck, and take in the sumptuous surroundings. There is also a barbecue grill for some al fresco cooking and dining. Guests are free to wander around the orchard and say hello to the animals. Guests should be aware that a guard dog protects the property; she is wary of new guests at first, but a scrap of food and a gentle stroke will soon warm her to you.
