Looking for a yoga retreat? New South Wales has this place for you, with this charming pod rental located in Eungella near Murwillumbah. Accommodation here is simple and rustic, in keeping with the ethos of this Hare Krishna community. The pod contains a soft double bed for a restful night's sleep, and linens are kindly provided by the hosts. Guests may want to consider bringing their own towels. Shared bathroom facilities with showers are found a short walk away.
Common areas are centred around the heart of the village, and is where people from all over the world mingle. These areas include a large communal kitchen, and a dining area with a campfire. For a bit of peace and quiet, there is the study room, which also provides guests with Wi-Fi. The yoga hall is newly renovated, and is where the twice daily yoga sessions are held, as well as private practice of all kinds.
Guests can gather around the fire pit and converse with the fellow travelers and over 70 yogis and spiritual seekers here. A common reading room is offered to guests, where they can enjoy internet access to catch up on emails or share photos from the trip, along with coin-operated laundry facilities.
