With comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a fireplace, the sitting area is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or have a memorable movie night. Guests will also find a small book collection and DVDs in the room. There is also a coffee and tea making area, complete with a mini-fridge stocked with milk and water. Other amenities include Wi-Fi throughout and air conditioning.

Outside, guests will find a lovely seating area with patio furniture overlooking the garden, where they can sip on a coffee in the early morning, leaf through a magazine, or admire a gorgeous sunset.

Guests also have access to the formal dining room where they can enjoy a complimentary breakfast every morning during their stay. Tucked away in New South Wales, this rural glamping site is located in South Wolumla in the hinterland between Bega and Merimbula, near the stunning Sapphire Coast. The heart of the coastal town of Merimbula is about 15 minutes away and has countless shops and cafes for guests to explore.

The Bega Valley holds plenty of attractions as well, including the must-see Bega Cheese Factory, which has been producing cheese for over 100 years, and an impressive regional art gallery. The area around the property has plenty of natural attractions for guests to explore as well. Bournda National Park, Mimosa Rocks National Park, and South East Forests National Park are all within an hour of this glamping site and boast a plethora of flora and fauna which guests can admire as they make their way through the rugged terrain. Merimbula Lake is a fantastic fishing sport and is 20 minutes away. Guests can also easily access beaches along the Sapphire Coast such as Tathra Beach and Merimbula Main Beach.

The property can accommodate up to four people, as each accommodation can hold up to two people, and groups of four can rent out both accommodations in one booking. This glamping site is considered to be a boutique bed-and-breakfast and is an internationally rated, five-star bed and breakfast. It received this rating from Star Ratings Australia, which is part of the Australian Tourism Industry Council (ATIC) organization and is an internationally recognized rating system of hotels, motels, and hosted accommodations in Australia.

The district's second school sits on the property. Operating from 1867 to 1960, this school had a large tennis court and became a known social hub in the local area. The old trees that still stand around the building were planted after the First World War in commemoration of the local soldiers who lost their lives during that war. Left to deteriorate after 1960, this building was purchased by the hosts in 1999 and has since been restored. This building is now a recognized heritage site.
