This fantastic New South Wales retreat in the bush is perfect for guests to enjoy a holiday on the Hawkesbury River. The rental comes with nine-acres of land overlooking the river and is a fine spot for those guests who have a passion for the outdoors.

The New South Wales getaway is great for big groups of up to 16 people and comes with three full-size bedrooms, a 10-bed dormitory, and a separate studio about 20 meters from the main house. Guests will have everything they need for a great stay in NSW as the house was built for entertaining and comes with a commercial-style kitchen ideal for dinner parties, three large outdoor decked areas, and a double BBQ. Other handy additions include a pool table, Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and free parking.

It closes at 5 pm. The nearest full supermarket or liquor store is Gosford which is 40 minutes drive.

Guests will have so many things to do while on holiday in New South Wales and Spencer is renowned for its beautiful views looking out onto Triangle Island and further east to Mount White. The Spencer Village Store is also a popular destination renowned for its burgers and it gets busy on the weekend.

Other things to do in NSW at this site include swimming nearby at the Richard Woodbury Reserve and the most popular walk in the area is the Eastern Commission Trail that goes through Dharug National Park. The entry is about 10 minutes drive from the property and it takes about two and a half hours to walk the whole trail. There is also paintball nearby at The Paintball Place.

This property is fully fenced and suitable for small dogs. Larger dogs are able to jump over the 0.7 meter high fences and get out onto the road or into the bush. Guests should ensure their dog has current protection against paralysis ticks.
