This eco-friendly bungalow is located adjacent to a World Heritage listed area, Daintree National Park, in Queensland and can accommodate two guests. It also has the luxury of the Great Barrier Reef only a short walk away. The bungalow is ideally suited to couples wanting a romantic getaway. This bungalow features a stunning view, an adobe outdoor bath, and a comfortable king-size bed with plush pillows. There is also an enclosed but open bathroom that has a rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. A beautiful breakfast of homemade muesli, local fruit, an assortment of leaf teas and locally roasted coffee are provided. Linens and towels are provided.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a stove, a barbecue, and a refrigerator. Other amenities include limited Wi-Fi, local information such as bird books, and other reading materials.

There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area. The Daintree Discovery Center is a world-class eco-tourism facility located in the center of the oldest tropical rainforest in the world. It provides a wonderful introduction to this unique world heritage destination. The magnificent Canopy Tower and Aerial Walkway allow visitors to explore every level of the forest and there are audio guides in six different languages. The center is promoting an innovative Carbon Offset Project, where part of the entry fee goes towards environmental protection. The Jindalba Boardwalk weaves through an ancient rainforest and mangrove wetland and is definitely worth an afternoon. It is suitable for all ages, made up of track and boardwalk. The pristine, tropical rainforest is peaceful and interesting, and it is quite a place for nature lovers and outdoors enthusiasts to discover.
