There are three large lakes within a half-an-hour drive, including horse riding and mountain bike trails and several world-class hiking trails in the National Parks close by. The famous Gold Coast is only a one and a half hour's drive east of the property and is home to Springbrook National Park and Lamington National Park. Guests will also find several famed theme parks on the Gold Coast, while just south of the Gold Coast is the beautiful Burleigh Heads beach town. Queensland's capital city, Brisbane, is just over an hour away by car, while the city of Toowoomba is less than two hours away by car. The trendy beach town of Byron Bay, New South Wales, is approximately a two and a half hour's drive south-east of the property.
