This gorgeous bell tent is ideal for four guests to enjoy a glamping getaway near Adelaide in South Australia. The unique retreat is set on a secluded property amid native flora overlooking the lush vines of the McLaren Vale wine region. Inside the tent, guests will find a plush queen-size bed while two additional guests can also be accommodated on twin mattresses.
The outdoor bathroom is made up of a portaloo, a camp shower, hand washing facilities, and a mirror. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the hosts. Other handy amenities include drinking water inside the tent, cutlery, glasses and plates for two, a bottle opener, insect repellant, and a washbowl and jug.
Outside, guests can really get back to nature in stunning wine region surroundings. In the evening, glampers can light the fire pit and relax while keeping an eye out for a hopping kangaroo as the sun gently sets over the rolling hills.
It's the little touches that count during a stay in this amazing tent. All towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper will be provided for glampers. Perhaps more important are the wine glasses and wine opener for all the tasty wines one can enjoy during their stay glamping Adelaide. Fresh flowers, select decorative pieces, and twinkle lights make for an inviting and cozy space.
It is most convenient for guests to have their own vehicle, but a bicycle is also an option for a more adventurous experience. There is a private entrance to the property and glampers can park on the premises. Public transport up to McLaren Flat is available and many tour companies offer day trips around the area.
Glampers are free to explore the grounds and take bush walks as long as they stay inside the fenced area and are respectful to the land.
Please note: there is no running water, electricity, or Wi-Fi at this site. That said, drinking water and washing water are provided and there is an outside bathroom with a non-flushing dry drop toilet, a hand washing basin, and a camp shower.

The park is just 20 miles south of Adelaide and is on the cusp of the McLaren Vale wine region, Kangaroo Island, and many other attractions along the Fleurieu Peninsula. One of those attractions is the popular 22-mile Coast to Vines Trail. Waling or biking along the trail will offer amazing scenery of the vineyards and surrounding historic villages. A camera is a definite must! The trail also acts as a segway to some of the world-class food and wines available in the region.
