Framed by vineyards, native wildlife, and distant ocean views, this is a South Australian getaway surrounded by charm and bordering a winter creek. This 5-acre family retreat boasts eucalypt groves, gardens, and a remnant almond grove, with views of the Willunga Hills and glimpses of the ocean. Find yourself in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine region and Fleurieu coast, minutes from renowned wineries and pristine beaches.
The Space:
It is a 45-minute drive from Adelaide and it presents a unique retreat among ancient almond groves with sweeping views over vineyards toward the ocean. Just minutes from the coastal town of Willunga and Port Willunga Beach, it provides easy access to local attractions like McLaren Vale wineries, Willunga Farmers Market, Kuitpo Tree Climb, and Urimbirra Wildlife Park.
A comfortable, 139-square-foot accommodation is set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny house and surrounding areas. Guests are asked to respect the privacy of the family home, which is fenced. Although we encourage you to explore and make the most of the open spaces, we remind you this is a family home, surrounded by working vineyards.
We also encourage families, though we ask that children are under Direct Adult Supervision at all times, given the inherent risks of a rural property.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

The farm offers an authentic experience where the rugged charm of the Mount Lofty Ranges meets the coastal breezes from Gulf St Vincent.

- Port Willunga Beach offers golden sands, turquoise waters, and iconic cliffside caves. It’s a scenic destination on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing.
- McLaren Vale is a renowned wine region near Adelaide, known for its Shiraz, boutique wineries, local produce, and scenic vineyards. It’s a must-visit for wine enthusiasts and food lovers.
- Willunga Farmers Market is South Australia's premier market and offers fresh local produce directly from growers. Open every Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM, it's a community hub for shopping and tasting.
- Kuitpo Tree Climb is Australia's first inner-city aerial adventure park, featuring tree-top courses and zip lines for all ages.
- Urimbirra Wildlife Park near Victor Harbor presents an interactive experience with over 70 Australian animal species in a 40-acre open-range setting. Activities include petting kangaroos, feeding emus, and viewing koalas.

By Flight:
- Nearest airport: Adelaide Airport, followed by a 50-minute drive to Willunga South.

- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out of courtesy for other guests
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- The property is surrounded by working vineyards, so depending on the season, you may hear related noise

- There is a creekline with some steep drops and limited fencing on the property, so please be cautious, especially with children
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant native wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
