There is a shared living space which boasts a sofa and a lovely fireplace. In the communal dining room, guests will find a long wooden table with seating where breakfast is served each morning. The fully-equipped shared kitchen includes appliances such as a stove, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and heating.
Outside, there is a verandah where guests can take in the great view. Glampers are welcome to use the communal fire pit and the barbecues. The bed and breakfast sits on nearly 100 acres of a former sheep farm, complete with calves, sheep, chooks, and ducks. Free parking is available on the premises.

The rental sits on around 100 acres of a former sheep farm, with an assortment of friendly animals living on the premises. There is also a barbecue area, along with a communal fire pit.

The property is near the towns of Bothwell, Hamilton, and New Norfolk. New Norfolk is the third oldest settlement in Tasmania, boasting one of Australia’s few traditional village squares. There, guests will find a myriad of delightful antique shops, such as Court Complex and The Drill Hall Emporium.
Hamilton sits in a valley along the Clyde River and has an 1800's village feel. In Bothwell, glampers will find over 50 buildings with heritage listing and architectural interest.

With around 100 beautiful acres of private property to explore, glampers can slow down from everyday life, spending their time taking nature strolls or biking around the rolling fields. The hilltops are an ideal place for a peaceful picnic, and guests are welcome to gather around the campfire. Glampers are encouraged to pet, play, and interact with the friendly sheep, calves, chooks, and ducks living on the property. They can also search for local wildlife, such as platypi, wallabies, pademelons, wombats, and Tasmanian devils.
For restaurants, cafes, and old-world charm, glampers can head to New Norfolk's traditional village square. They will also enjoy the town's many antique shops, such as The Drill Hall Emporium. In Hamilton, the famed Prospect Villa and Garden allows glampers to explore an early Georgian sandstone home and a fabulous garden. Finally, guests can take a self-guided walking tour of Bothwell starting from the Golf Museum.
