This luxurious lodging accommodation is located near Mount Field National Park in Tasmania, just a one-hour drive from capital city Hobart, and can accommodate four guests. There is one bedroom and one-half bathroom. The first bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a TV, and a sofa bed for two. The half bathroom has a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.

There is a small kitchen area equipped with a small baking oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Cutlery, crockery, and pots and pans are also provided. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the suite.

Outside there is an attached sunny porch, great for relaxing, dining, and where glampers can plan their next walk through Mount Field National Park. The room has beautiful views of the gardens and ponds.

The accommodation comes with Wi-Fi and high quality, modern, private suites with their own separate entrance, lounge and dining area and bathroom and some have a kitchen. On the property, there is a seasonal kitchen garden, as well as a BBQ area. There is a fireplace and DVD library for the winter months when glampers want to warm up by the fire and relax with a good movie.

Glampers can visit the several ponds on the property and sit on the bench admiring the wildlife and stunning landscapes. The old hop pickers hut on the property is a particularly relaxing place where guests can truly relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the creek that runs alongside. Guests can also walk past the orchard and vegetable gardens to look at the free-range chickens.

There is so much to see in this wonderful region including a variety of fascinating and relaxing walks where guests can really take in the surrounding nature and wildlife of the area. In particular, bird watching enthusiasts will be extremely happy to know that within 10 minutes of the property, Mount Field National Park is home to over 80 different types of birds. On the accommodation itself, a local bird watcher observed an incredible 50 types of birds within a short two-hour session. Glampers may be lucky enough to spot the wild platypus within the ponds of the accommodation depending on the season and their habits. Walk or hike the many trails and guests will see the abundance of photo opportunities available to them within close distance. So much to see and experience in this relaxing, rural setting!

Foodies have a choice of great dining options in the area, as well as the opportunity to visit The Agrarian Kitchen, a sustainable farm-based cooking school offering a unique experience to its visitors. Glampers can also go wine tasting and even learn about and drink some superb whiskey at the historic Redlands Estate.

For those guests who enjoy antiquing, New Norfolk town is home to an array of antique shops and many historic buildings to explore in this picturesque town located in the Derwent Valley. Sightseeing in nearby capital city Hobart is also recommended and is easily accessible at only an hour´s drive away.
