This is one of the best tiny house rentals situated in Tasmania, just 33 minutes away from Hobart. Enjoy this tranquil countryside getaway set on a 13-acre hobby farm with wide open fields, and farm animals including sheep and horses to keep you company.
Nearby Richmond Maze, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, and Richmond Bakery. A comfortable accommodation of approx. 155- square feet with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities, such as an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings including the bottom paddock. Please note that the tiny house is located 200 m from the land host's private residence.

- Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity
- Please charge your phone and electronics in advance in case of low-light day
- We recommend guests not to use light during the day to conserve power. It would be best to open your windows to let the air inside.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
