This Yarra Valley cabin is located in Chum Creek and is the perfect place to plan a weekend escape from Melbourne. The cabin can sleep four guests and has a ground floor master bedroom, as well as a second-floor loft bedroom. Guests have the option of a king bed or two singles beds in the main bedroom, and two single beds in the loft bedroom. There is one bathroom with a sink, a toilet, a shower, and an extraordinary Japanese soaking tub with views outside of the weeping willow trees and the private dam. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the host.

In the common space, guests will find a large open floor plan. There is a cosy sofa facing the grand windows which brighten the interior and accentuate all the natural wood structures. There is also a firewood firebox to get extra cosy with the family, ample firewood is provided. The fully equipped kitchenette is brand new and set up for self-catering. Guests should note this is a screen-free environment, although Wi-Fi is available. Guests should note that mobile coverage is also spotty.

Outside, guests will find a barbecue and seating area on the deck. Guests can also sit on a bench under a weeping willow and enjoy the beauty and movement of the creek. This is a horse ranch, so guests can book a horse ride or can bring their own horses. This is one of the best places to stay in Yarra Valley for horse lovers or just as a weekend trip from Melbourne.

*Please note that loft bedroom is located on the second floor, is accessed via a ladder and has a low roof, hence it is not suitable for the very young or those with mobility issues.
