Surrounded by towering oak trees, this historic, Australian vacation rental located near Ballarat, Victoria, is ideal for those looking for a rural getaway with family and friends. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this spacious homestead can accommodate up to twelve glampers. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, which pulls out into a twin-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. The second and third bedrooms feature one queen-size bed each, while the fourth bedroom features a king single. The fifth bedroom has two twin-size beds and a set of twin-size bunk beds. If additional sleeping space is needed, there is a queen-size sofa bed and a twin-size sofa bed in the game room. The other two bathrooms are shared. One features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet, while the other one features a combination shower/tub, a sink, and a toilet. Other amenities include a central heating and air conditioning and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

With plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, the living room is the perfect place to have a movie night or talk late into the night as the fire blazes. There is also a game room with a fireplace where glampers will find a flat-screen TV, table tennis, foosball, and a piano. Additionally, there is a sunroom where guests can take in the beautiful garden views as they leaf through a magazine. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything guests need to make their favorite recipes, including an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There is also a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Guests can enjoy their home-cooked meals in the dining room, which has a large table with seating for eight.

Outside, glampers will find multiple decks where they will be able to enjoy the stunning views and enjoy their meals alfresco. Additionally, there is a wonderful playground for tiny glampers to enjoy, as well as a seating area under the shade of oak trees.

This wonderful retreat has everything guests need for a fantastic stay. Guests have access to laundry facilities to keep all their belongings clean. Additionally, there is central heating and air conditioning for guests to be completely comfortable for the duration of their stay. Glampers will find a fireplace in the game room, as well as the living room. There is also an extensive library, along with a DVD collection. For further entertainment, guests will find countless board games and puzzles, a foosball table, and table tennis.

Outside, guests will find a playground perfect for tiny glampers. The garden also features a barbecue grill. Furthermore, guests will have access to bikes to explore the surrounding area.
