The interior features modern decor and eco-friendly furnishings made from timber reclaimed from the Essendon Tram Depot. The bedroom is brightly lit with natural light and has a queen-size bed with a unique wooden frame. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a shower, and a sink. Linens and towels are provided.

The living room has a sofa, a TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor deck. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, an oven, a toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, cookware, and dishware. Local “Arrandene” coffee is provided.
