This superb cottage rental is situated on working farmland in the Western Australia Wheatbelt near the town of Kukerin and can accommodate four guests. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed and two daybeds in the living room. While the room can sleep four, there is an additional cost per person if more than two guests are staying in the cottage. There is one full bathroom complete with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

Guests can relax in the living room and watch TV or a DVD movie. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. There is also a mini-fridge perfect for keeping cold beverages on-hand. Coffee and tea supplies are provided and there is an assortment of cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and utensils. Guests can enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast bar or out on the sunny verandah.

Guests will have the added convenience of a washer and dryer, perfect for those enjoying an extended stay.

French doors lead out to the covered verandah which is set with lovely wooden tables and chairs. There is a shared BBQ and firepit on the property that guests are welcome to use.

The accommodation has air-conditioning to keep guests cool in the hot Australia sun. There is outdoor play equipment for the kids to enjoy as well as books, DVDs, board games, puzzles, and music for children. On the property, guests will find a picnic area, a BBQ, a fire pit, and outdoor furniture. Parking is available on site.

This picturesque property is located in the friendly farming community of Kukerin in the Western Australia Wheatbelt. Here, guests will find themselves surrounded by charming townships and uninterrupted views of rural farmland. There are several scenic routes through unique towns and villages that lead guests to this inviting cottage. This eco-friendly property has been in the same family since 1912 and is currently home to third, fourth and fifth generation family members.

The family farming operations include growing wheat, barley, lupins and field peas, as well as running the most impressive "state of the art" yabby (freshwater crayfish) facility in Australia. Guests of the property can tour the facility and purchase products to enjoy or take back home. This working farm also offers tractor rides, farm tours, and beehive visits among other things. Come sunset, the kangaroos will make their way to the back paddock, so guests should be sure to take in this amazing sight.

Exploring the Golden Outback of Western Austraila will expose guests to plains, deserts, salt lakes, outcrops, woodlands, and the whitest of white beaches in the world. Come Spring, the region is a sight to see as it comes alive with colorful Western Australia wildflowers.

Guests can embark upon some adventures right on the property itself. From tractor rides, farm tours, and walks, to yabby farm visits and lunch in the shearing shed, guests will enjoy a true western outback farming experience. Those who do not have a fear of bees may wish to visit the beehives and sample some sticky sweetness. From July to November, there are over 500 species of wildflowers that glampers will be able to view in nearby nature reserves.

Nearby is Emu Essence, an emu farm where guests can tour and learn about their natural skin care products containing emu oil. There are products for sale should guests wish to take some home with them. Duggan Dam makes a great place to enjoy an afternoon picnic. Lake Grace is another lovely picnic area, and the lookout offers fantastic panoramic views of this 30-mile-long by four-mile-wide saltwater lake. While in the Lake Grace area, guests may enjoy a visit to the Flynn of the Inland museum or Lake Grace Artspace.
