Gabriola

Gabriola is one of the Gulf Islands in the Strait of Georgia in British Columbia. Defined by its masses of sandstone and dramatic rock formations, it makes for a great glamping escape. The forests and peaks of the island also render it a hikers’ paradise – wander through verdant forests, follow serpentine trails, or swim in the sparkling waters of the coast, where you can also try salmon fishing! Gabriola is supremely tranquil and easy-going, and the mosaic of surrounding islands render it a great launchpad from which to explore the rest of the area. Drumbeg Provincial Park and Pacific Rim National Park are also close by. The vibrant Gabriola arts community of writers, artists, and creators means this is a thriving cultural hub too!
