The mountain and lakes in the surrounding area provide plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. The cabins are about 21 miles from Spruce Lake Protected Area, an over 176,000-acre protected area where glampers can swim or fish in the lake, and hike or bike along the many trails. Glampers are close to many peaks in the area where they can head to including Dickson, Shulaps, and Nea Peaks. Gun Lake is a smaller lake that is a close 30-minute drive away. The town of Gold Bridge is a close 20-minute drive for guests who would like to do some shopping and eat locally.
