There are eight in total, with each suite offering a queen-size bed, a bunk bed, and a pull-out couch. This makes them ideal for families and groups.
The suites also have their own private ensuite bathrooms for guests' convenience and all linens and towels are provided by the hosts. The rentals all boast a small kitchen area that is home to a microwave, a fridge, and a coffeemaker for preparing simple meals.

Apex Mountain Village is a great spot to head for winter sports. The ski area is only a couple of minutes walk from the rental, so guests can go skiing and snowboarding easily. For those with less experience, there is the snow school which offers programs for all ages. Alternatively, if guests want to improve upon their already honed skills, there are classes to push to the next level. Guests can also ice-skate, and rent a fat bike.
During the summer months, Penticton is a fantastic place to visit. There are numerous vineyards and wineries to visit and to take part in tastings. Guests can also head out onto the lakes and take part in some watersports, from banana boats and parasailing to paddle boarding and kayaking. Pier Water Sports organizes many of these activities. For a cultural day out, guests can visit S.S. Sicamous Museum and Heritage Park or Tumbleweed Gallery.
