Discover the meaning of rural bliss and enjoy a peaceful getaway at this artistic cabin located on Hornby Island, just west of Vancouver Island, which can accommodate up to four people. The self-contained cabin is laid out in an open plan style, with one queen-sized loft bed on a raised level with a ship's ladder and a safety railing. There is another queen sized sofa bed on the ground floor for extra guests. The main living area is large and full of natural light with high ceilings. It is furnished with sofas and a table and chairs and there is also a small kitchenette with a hob, a small fridge, and cupboard space. The cabin has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The jewel of the Gulf, the island is a nature lover's paradise, with sandy beaches, lush forests and breathtaking sunsets. The serenity of Hornby Island has turned it into something of an artist's refuge, so this is the place to come to seek creative inspiration. This accommodation is located just a five-minute stroll to nearby beauty spot of Grassy Point, with stunning views over the Strait of Georgia. Tribune Bay, the island's stunning white sandy beach, is also nearby. Ringside Market, known as downtown Hornby, with its co-op, liquor store, gas bar and local shops and cafés is only a few minutes drive. Traveling to Hornby Island from Vancouver Island requires two short ferry journeys, one from Buckley Bay to Denman Island ferry, and another 10-minute crossing to Hornby Island. Read More

The cabin is located just a five-minute drive from the stunning white sandy beach of Tribune Bay, loved by swimmers for its beautiful crescent shape and warm aquamarine waters. Near the bay, guests can also take a walk through beautiful old growth forest onto Helliwell Bluffs. In the summer months, the island's many resident artists open up their studios for visitors to see their work.
