A three-and-a-half hour drive west will take guests to the mining and tourism town of Houston, British Columbia, while the port city of Prince Rupert, British Columbia, is approximately two hours away by car north-east of the property.

This property and surrounding areas boast a sizeable forest trail network which includes suspension bridges over a number of watercourses. the nearby Gitnadoiks River Provincial Park and Protected Area is a must-see for stunning scenery including waterfalls and swimming holes. Fishing opportunities are also available, as well as hiking trails and beautiful views and wildlife. The port city of Prince Rupert is just over two hours away by car and is home to the Museum of Northern British Columbia, the Prince Rupert Fire Museum Society, and the North Pacific Cannery.
