Description of Glamping Units
This charming riverfront cabin with incredible mountain and river views is located in Lillooet, British Columbia, Canada and can accommodate up to five guests. This lovely cabin has the option of one or two bedrooms and has one private bathroom. The main bedroom has a luxurious queen bed and the second bedroom, which can be added for an additional cost, has a set of cozy bunk beds. Guests requiring additional sleeping space may request a rollaway cot for an extra $10 charge. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and guests have access to a communal shower house on site. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the host.
In the living room, guests will find a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, perfect for tuning out after an adventure-packed day. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with everything guests might need to whip up a hearty breakfast or cook delicious dinners, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, phone access, and RV parking with full hook up.
Outside, guests can marvel at the surrounding mountains and forest as they barbecue meat on the gas grill. There is a communal fire pit area where guests can tell stories and roast s'mores under the wondrous night sky. The cabin is fully furnished with a queen bed and bunk beds are available upon request as well. Guests can relax after a day of adventure in front of the satellite TV or throw some meat on the outdoor gas barbecue grill. Laundry facilities are available for guest use, and there is an equipped kitchen with everything guests might need to cook delicious meals. Guests will have Wi-Fi and a phone to ensure an easy and relaxing stay, as well as access to a shower house and fire pit area.

Glampers can spend the day Sturgeon fishing and hiking, or simply relaxing on a sandy beach. Wildlife abounds in this area, and guests are likely to see Canada Geese or the local Osprey family.
The mighty Fraser River can be heard from the property, and guests might even catch a glimpse of a large sturgeon jumping out of its waters to catch a meal. At the office, wood can be purchased for $10 and ice for $3. Sturgeon fishing rod rentals are available, but please note that fishing licenses are required and are not sold onsite. The scenery is breathtakingly gorgeous and guests will find themselves surrounded by panoramic views of the majestic mountains and forest. - You will be charged for one full night’s stay plus 50% of the cost of the rest of the stay if you cancel within 7 days of check-in.
Pets are welcome on the property, though guests must clean up after their pets. Doggy bags are provided and can be found at the kiosk and office. Failure to clean up after pets will result in a $50 fee. Smoking is permitted, but guests must not leave cigarette butts on the property. There is a fee of $25 per cigarette butt found. Children under 12 years of age stay for free.
Rates are based on double occupancy and there is a $5 charge for each additional guest. The maximum occupancy is five guests and there is a minimum two-night stay. There is a sanitation charge of $10, which is not included in RV and tenting rates.
