Guests have an abundance of choice when deciding how to spend their days, regardless of if the ground is covered in snow or spring is in bloom. The property itself sits on 160 acres of pristine woodland. Guests can spend their days exploring the miles of trails that weave their way through the area, hiking when it's warmer or snowshoeing when the snow has fallen. Off the property, guests have some of Canada's best landscapes to explore—they can head to the mountains or to the lakes. Baldy Mountain is only about 30 minutes away from the property. Here, at the Baldy Mountain Ski Resort, guests can go skiing, snowboarding, or even tubing in the tubing park. The resort has four ski lifts and 35 kilometers of trails to ski or board.

The area also has miles of scenic hikes, both easy and more challenging. Over by Osoyoos Lake, the International Hike and Bike Trail is an 11.5-mile trail that starts at the north end of the lake and follows the river channel south. The McIntyre Bluff hike is a great way to see the Okanagan Valley. After the 6-mile hike, guests can enjoy a glass of wine at Covert Farms' Wine Lounge, at the trailhead. Osoyoos Lake itself is a great place for guests to bring a picnic and enjoy the fresh air and pristine waters.
