There is an endless amount of recreational activities for guests to enjoy on the shores of Queen Charlotte. Glampers can spend their time wading through the water on a surfboard in the only place in all of Northern British Columbia where travelers are able to surf! Oftentimes guests will spend time exploring the history of aboriginal sites, and one of the most common places to do so is SGang Gwaay, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site and actually features an authentic example of a west coast First Nations village, one of the last of its kind. The locals are proud of their culture and happy to share that with visitors.

BC is well known for some of the most breathtaking sites, and the endless sights to be seen. It is a favorite among camping and hiking enthusiasts. Queen Charlotte is no different. One of the most popular camping sites in this area is Agate Beach Campground and boasts more than 30 vehicle sites and even more for tents. Almost all of the sites have an ocean view, as well as running water, picnic tables, fire pits, and outhouses.

This location is considered to be one of the best for guests to sit back, unwind, relax, and dig into some of the fresh coastal food at places like the farmer's markets that can be found in Queen Charlotte.
