This spacious accommodation sports gorgeous views of the Ucluelet Harbor on Vancouver Island in British Columbia and can accommodate up to two guests. A luxurious bed with a soft duvet rests in the center of the room, in between matching bedside tables and warm lamps. Facing the bed, guests will find a flat-screen television with a DVD player. The rental also provides Wi-Fi, a local information and leisure guide, local interest books, and binoculars. In the bathroom, guests will find matching towels, along with a bathtub/shower combination with a handheld showerhead, and a blow dryer.

Along with the great views, the open plan room boasts a kitchenette that has a sink, a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, a tea kettle, a teapot, a coffeemaker with coffee and tea selections beside it, a toaster, and cupboard space that stores glassware and dining ware.

The property is equipped with a built-in air exchange system, so fresh ocean air is flowing indoors constantly. Ceiling fans and individually controlled heat are also in each room so that guests can remain comfortable no matter the time of year. Parking on-site is plentiful, so guests need not worry about what to do with their vehicle(s).

The hosts provide a clock radio with USB charging and Bluetooth capabilities so that guests may listen to music and charge up their devices while relaxing in their private rental, or while getting ready to venture out across the gorgeous island.     Activities just moments from the property include exploring many hiking trails that lead to unbeatable views and feature interesting wildlife along the way. Just two minutes from the rental, guests will discover the Wild Pacific Trail, a massive trail system designed to showcase different scenic and cultural areas along the Peninsula, from the outer coast to the beaches, and to accommodate visitors from all over the world with all different hiking abilities.

    Guests will first come across the Lighthouse Trail Loop, home to the Amphitrite Lighthouse, where each visitor will uncover postcard-like views of the Pacific Ocean, filled with breaching whales sometimes visible to guests as they splash in and out of the water. Bald eagles are known to be soaring overhead as well, watching over hikers as they make their way from one trail to another. Barclay Sound and the Broken Group Islands in Pacific Rim National Park are also visible along the Lighthouse Trail Loop, so guests should be sure to bring their cameras for an unforgettable day.

    A 30-minute walk from the rental or a three-minute drive will land visitors at Big Beach or Brown’s Beach, via trails called Artist Loops, Ancient Cedars, and Rocky Bluffs, all great hikes that further display incredible views of the coastline and walk visitors past some of the oldest standing trees in the region.

    Many beaches can be found near the rental as well, with two of them, Little Beach and Terrace Beach both within walking distance, and Wickanninish Beach and Long Beach just a short drive or bus ride away. Each pebbled beach provides the perfect backdrop while enjoying a picnic lunch or dinner at one of the picnic tables or right out on the beach. The area boasts incredible sunsets, tidal pools, and wildlife watching, along with surfing and kayaking, making every beach outing an adventure that guests can experience.

    Ucluelet is home to unique wildlife that can be observed right in their natural habitats, fostering a special environment for guests to safely encounter animals without disturbing their normal routines.     Guests planning to fish for sport should be sure to arrange storage for their daily catches with their fishing charter captain since fish and fish gear are not permitted in the rooms or on the property. Visitors may inquire with the host about companies that vacuum pack and freeze fish.

    Candles are not allowed in the suites, but LED candles are provided by the hosts to help foster relaxing environments without the risk of an open flame.
