This spacious, two-story cottage rental is located at a family-friendly resort on Halls Lake in the town of Lake of Bays in the Muskoka District of Ontario. Accommodating up to eight guests, the cottage boasts two bedrooms, both of which are on the second story of the cottage. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has two double beds—all of which come with Simmons mattresses. In addition, there is one full bathroom, which comes with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. All linens are provided.

Within the 900-square-foot cottage, guests will also have a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out into another double bed and a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a television with Bell ExpressVu satellite TV and a DVD player. There is even a large window that opens up to lovely views of the aforementioned Halls Lake. In addition, there is a kitchen and dining room area with all of the necessary commodities to whip up tasty meals all trip long. Other amenities include electric baseboard heating and wall-mounted air conditioning.

Outside of the cottage, there is a private, wrap-around sun deck for guests to soak up the sights and sounds of this tranquil property from.

The accommodation comes equipped with all the amenities guests would need for a relaxing lakeside getaway. The bedrooms feature Simmons mattresses for a comfortable night's sleep, and there is a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Fireplace accessories are provided. Entertainment amenities include Bell ExpressVu satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player.

Guests can enjoy the lake views from their private sun deck, which features a gas grill and a picnic table. In the yard, guests can relax on the wooden lawn chair or by the fire pit.

Please note that guests may want to bring electric frying pans, blenders, hairdryers, alarm clocks, and slippers.

Algonquin Provincial Park itself is home to majestic forests, free-flowing rivers, and spectacular lakes which include the popular Lake of Two River. This area of outstanding natural beauty is home to moose and elusive wild bears which guests can attempt to spot whilst staying at this superb vacation rental. Within this pristine region, guests will find the Whiskey Rapids Trail and the Barron Canyon Trail which both boast spectacular views.

Haliburton Forest and Wild Life Reserve is only a short drive away and at this animal preservation guests can view real wolves at feeding time. The experience is sure to leave glampers with a new appreciation for the raw wilderness in the area and is not to be missed. Paddleboarding, kayaking, and canoeing are also popular activities in the area and the rental stores dotted around the shorelines are always happy to help new visitors.
