This comfortable cottage rental is located next to Lake Nipissing, near North Bay, Ontario. It is three hours north of the Greater Toronto Area, making it a perfect destination for those who want to escape to the countryside, or those who want both an outdoor getaway and opportunities for day trips to the city. The bungalow can accommodate up to six guests. There are three bedrooms, one full bathroom, a kitchen, and a lounge area. The first bedroom and the second bedroom both have a queen-size bed and a double bed each, and the third bedroom has a single bed. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, a bathtub, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests will find a sofa, a dining table, and a television. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a stove and oven, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and electrical heating.
Outside, there is a private, covered deck where guests can gather and enjoy the stunning views of the lake and woodlands together. Guests can walk out and use any one of the on-site picnic tables or lakeside gazebos near the bungalow. A dock where guests can rent canoes and kayaks is also nearby. Lastly, the bungalow comes with a private fire pit which guests can use for bonfires, making treats and snacks, or keeping warm outdoors.
Regardless of which rental they choose to stay in, guests will have access to fire pits and a public games room offering a pool table, video games, and flat-screen TVs. There is also free Wi-Fi, so guests will not feel isolated in the wilderness.
Nipissing Lake is renowned for its bounty of fish and thus is a popular destination for avid fishers, including ice fishers. Therefore, guests at the cottage resort will also be able to rent 40 to 50 hp bass boats should they wish to fish on the lake. There are also fish cleaning facilities and a bait and tackle shop for guests to use. Guests may also rent kayaks and canoes for trips out onto the lake.
For families, there is a playground on site for children to play on. For couples, there are gazebos perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets in. There is also an area on the sandy shore where guests can play horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, and other outdoor games.

The property's location on the shores of the Lake Nipissing makes it a prime destination for avid fishers and water lovers. As previously mentioned, guests may rent bass boats to fish for any of the many species that live in Lake Nipissing. These include bass, perch, muskie, walleye, and northern pike. Guests can also rent canoes and kayaks to take out on the water. Families can bring their kids to swim in the clean, safe waters or to play on the nearly 350 feet of sandy shoreline. There is a designated outdoor gaming area on the lakeshore where guests can throw horseshoes or play volleyball and badminton.
Guests can stroll or hike through several scenic trails surrounding the property. On these trails, guests can admire the beautiful scenery, from the untouched pine forest to the gorgeous lake views, and photograph wildlife.
Lastly, guests can take day trips to Toronto, only a three-hour drive away from the property. Toronto is the capital and metropolitan hub of Canada, and guests have plentiful pickings of museums, theaters, fine dining restaurants, and historical landmarks to explore during their time in the city.
