This tiny house near Belleville, Ontario, is truly unique and will dazzle guests. The bright red tiny house provides all the necessities needed for an idyllic glamping getaway and can accommodate two guests. This house was designed and built by an architect and is 10 x 10 foot in size. The bright windows and charming seating area on the lower level are great for cozying up with a good book. Upstairs is a wonderful sleeping area fit for two. Glampers will also have a toaster oven, a hotplate, and a microwave for cooking up some tasty bites.
There is an outhouse with an outdoor sink and open-air shower facility a short walk away. This property is perched on a hilltop, and guests are welcome to start a toasty fire for s'mores, barbecue up some camping favorites, lounge on the deck space, and explore the acres of walking trails through the forest.
Glampers can stay connected whilst on their getaway courtesy of the free Wi-Fi, and devices can be charged up with the electricity inside the house. There is also heating to ensure comfort on chillier nights.
The large outdoor deck is ideal for catching some sunshine or enjoying some delicious barbecue meals. The tiny house also has a microwave, a toaster oven, and a hot plate for cooking indoors. This bright tiny house is located 2 hrs. from Toronto, Ontario, near the village of Warkworth.
Please note, the tiny house is not in a secluded area. It's about 200 feet from the main house (about two city backyards), backed by 30 acres of secluded woods, with walking trails, perched on a hill. The owner will give you privacy and won't enter your area during your visit, but you won't be in the middle of nowhere if that's what you're looking for!
Also... there is no indoor plumbing..there's an outdoor shower and sink with hot and cold water (except in winter, the water is turned off and host provides jugs for washing and drinking). There's an outhouse (An outhouse is a small structure, separate from a main building, which covers a toilet. There's no plumbing in the outhouse, it's not a flush toilet, but rather a camping -pit toilet, the owner keeps it clean )
Absolutely no check-ins past 7 pm unless pre-arranged with host.

Time can be spent on and in the water either in Lake Ontario a short drive to the south, or the lovely creek in Warkworth's Millennium Trail which is known for its plentiful crawfish for a bit of leisurely fishing. In the spring months, the lilac bushes line the paths of this peaceful park.
Guests can spend a wonderful day in the town of Warkworth, checking out some art and history within the Heritage Centre, picking up some unique items at the shops, and grabbing a bite. There is also a golf course here for visitors seeking a bit of friendly competition and a day out on the green. Each day can be ended around the fire pit back on the property under the stars.
