This two-story, lakeside cottage is located near Espanola, Ontario and can accommodate up to six guests. There is one bedroom, and one bathroom. The bedroom comes with two double beds, pillows, and blankets. Linens and towels can be rented for an extra fee. There is also a double pull-out couch downstairs for extra guests. From this floor, there is step-out access to a charming balcony overlooking the surrounding nature.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and plenty of dishes and utensils. Guests can enjoy a fresh coffee with the coffeemaker or gather around the dining table for a home-cooked meal. Other amenities and facilities include a range of hirable fishing and boat equipment, winter sports sessions, day trips, and sauna and hot tub access on site.

Outside, there is a spacious deck with plenty of furniture, a propane BBQ, and a warming fire pit. Guests also have direct lake access just a few steps away from the property, so the property is perfect for a fishing trip or just to enjoy the crystal clear waters.

Guests can prepare an al fresco meal on the outdoor barbeque and grill, or roast marshmallows over the fire pit while relaxing on the outdoor furniture. There is access to a fabulous hot tub and a sauna, as well as Wi-Fi and direct access to the lake for swimming. There are also magazines and books for lending for extra comfort. Personal boat docks are available to all guests.

At Lang Lake, guests can rent a boat or a motor to take to the waters. Fishing is a popular activity in this area where guests can find trout, walleye, pike, smallmouth, and largemouth bass. Around the river, there are many hiking and mountain biking trails, which can be explored all year round. In the winter months, snowmobiling is a popular sport around the river, which is enjoyed just off the property. Just a few steps from the door of the property, guests can access thousands of kilometers of groomed trails covered in snow.

In the surrounding Ontario area, guests can visit McLean's Mountain to see a panoramic view of the La Cloche Mountains and the North Channel. The famous Cup and Saucer Hike Trail is available to explore nearby, and the nearby Misery Bay Nature Reserve is a unique spot for nature lovers. In nearby Espanola and Sudbury, there are plenty of options for an exciting day trip from museums and art galleries, to unique cafes and restaurants.
