This charming glamping pod in Golden Lake is ideal for two guests to enjoy a fabulous getaway in Ontario. The site boasts a view of Bonnechere Valley Hills and is only a 10-minute hike to the escarpment lookout of Golden Lake, as well as only a 20-minute hike to the supplied canoe on a small lake. Inside the cozy pod, glampers will have one comfy queen-size bed. The private outhouse is just a few steps away and there is also a seasonal solar shower.

Glampers will love the indoor electric fireplace where they can snuggle up after a day spent exploring the gorgeous hiking trails just outside their door. In summer they can relax in bed and enjoy the cold flame setting. The windows of the pod also flood the area with natural light during the day and offer romantic views of the stars at night.

Outside, guests will have a picnic table, a fire pit, a screened outdoor bar, and a BBQ where they can cook up some treats while surrounded by the peaceful sights and sounds of nature.

Although the retreat is located in a remote area, guests will enjoy excellent cell phone coverage thanks to a cell tower that has been built on the property.

Guests can purchase extra blankets or a "Couples Package" or bring their own bedding. Other supplies and equipment for enjoying the great outdoors include a first-aid kit and see-through umbrellas.

Around the cabin site, guests will have access to a picnic area and a private fire pit as well as 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) of marked multi-use trails, one of which leads down to a quiet forest lake. Guests will also have access to a canoe with life jackets and paddles.
