The cottage has two bedrooms, and each bedroom has a double bed and a dresser. The three-piece bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a shower. There is a fully-equipped kitchen for guests to prepare home-cooked meals in, and there is also space for them to sit together and eat in the room, as well. The living area is cozy and has a sofa, a flat-screen television, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi so guests can enjoy a movie night in the well-heated space. During the summer months, there is air conditioning to ensure that guests are comfortable no matter the weather throughout their stay.

Outside, guests can sit out on the front-facing deck that overlooks Lake Saint Peter, and they can make the most of the gas barbecue—perhaps grilling a freshly caught fish!—and eat outside, surrounded by beautiful vistas and wildlife. Only a 20-minute drive away from the cottage is the stunning Algonquin Park, Ontario's most famous wilderness park, where guests can participate in cultural and outdoor activities alike.
