The grounds contain a small forest trail for hiking and viewing the variety of local wildlife. There is also a dirt path that leads to a serene pond close to apple trees. Shuttle service is also available so that guests may access the multitude of activities that Lion's Head has to offer.

The pristine natural environment of the Bruce Peninsula offers a multitude of outdoor activities. The Bruce Trail features hiking and wildlife viewing, perfect for snapping a memorable photograph. Part of the trail runs through Lion's Head Nature Preserve, which has stunning glacial features. Adventurous glampers can explore the inner depths of Greig's Caves or climb boulders at Bruce Peninsula National Park. Little Cove Adventures offers thrilling rope swinging, and tennis courts are open during summer vacation at the local school For water lovers, the peninsula's beaches and marinas are excellent places for boat tours, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and a splendid view of the Lion's Head Lighthouse.

A painting retreat and a yoga retreat are on offer, as well as spas and beauty treatment facilities. Lion's Head also hosts the Harbourside Music Festival in July and August. There are also great places to shop, dining locations, cafes, nightclubs, and natural food stores.
