This elegant suite rental is perfect for two lucky guests to enjoy a romantic getaway near the gorgeous Thousand Islands and Prince Edward County regions in Ontario. The private second-floor retreat is in a beautifully renovated old grist mill on the Salmon River and glampers will have a view of two fabulous waterfalls right on the property as well as a Juliette balcony where they can step outside and view the river and gardens right from their suite. Guests will have a regal French bedroom that comes with a queen-size bed and a Tempurpedic memory foam mattress, with quality bedding where they can lull off to sleep with the sounds of the nearby waterfalls. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the hosts.

Decorated with antiques, sublime oak floors, carpeting, and hand-sewn silk lampshades, the suite boasts a relaxing atmosphere. Guests also have a self-contained kitchenette which comes with a fridge, food storage and prep areas, a microwave, a toaster/convection oven, an induction hot plate, a French press coffeemaker, tea, coffee, all pots and pans, and utensils. There is a 42-inch smart t.v. with Netflix and satellite channels on a swivel. There is free wifi.

Outside, glampers will have full access to the fantastic patio area by the flowing waterfalls. The provided kayaks, canoe, paddleboat and paddleboard summer and early fall—and touring bicycles are the ideal way to explore this stunning area of the world. The riverside hot tub, with private hours, open year-round, also makes the perfect spot for guests to wind down as the sun sets on another perfect day.

The property also provides one parking space for guests to use.
