Waterfront weekend getaway for glamping trip in Ontario
This charming cottage rental in Ontario is just steps away from a private boat dock on Opeongo River and Algonquin Park and is ideal for groups or families looking to explore the Haliburton Highlands. It can accommodate up to eight guests with its two bedrooms featuring two single beds, one double, one queen-size, and a sofa bed for two. The cottage has a large, homely living area with a large flatscreen television with cable and a DVD player while the kitchen area has plenty of room for several chefs and comes with a stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and a coffeemaker. Outside, guests can enjoy waterfront views from the elevated front deck or a barbecue meal from the grill.
Guests will find everything they need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway including free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, and a television with cable and a DVD player. The boating dock and the firepit are just steps away from the front door.
We are only booking one week minimum stay through July and August.

Glampers can enjoy an array of activities and attractions while in Haliburton County. The area is popular for winter sports including snowmobiling, ice climbing, and ice fishing as well as skiing and snowboarding at the Calabogie Peaks Ski Resort where guests can enjoy top-class facilities. During the warmer seasons, all kinds of boating are available to guests with the property having its very own boat dock while fishing for trout can be done by the Madawaska and Opeongo Rivers. Thrill-seekers will enjoy the ATV loops and routes around the property and those looking for leisurely walks can enjoy the scenic paths along the old K&P Rail Trail.
