This vacation rental is based in a bed and breakfast on a countryside estate by the shores of Lake Simcoe and is located near Barrie, Ontario. At the site, guests can go hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing on seven miles of well-maintained trails. They can also have cook-outs on the barbecues, rejuvenate themselves in the Jacuzzi room, warm up around the bonfire pit, visit the farm animals, and kick back and relax in the hammock, the tree swings, and the enclosed gazebo with a wet bar.

At Lake Simcoe, guests can go swimming, fishing, kite surfing, scuba diving, jet-skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and more, with rentals available from a variety of local outfitters. Golfers and skiers will have more than enough to do, with Mount St. Louis Ski Resort, Horseshoe Valley Resort, Hardwood Hills Ski and Bike, and over a dozen golf courses all within short driving distances.

In addition to the on-site trails, cross-country skiers will also find access to the Trans Canada Public Trails a mere one mile from the site. Guests will also find snowmobiling and horse trails nearby along with parks and hiking trails such as Arboretum Sunnidale Park, Scout Valley Loop Trail, and Copeland Forest.
