Accommodation Description

· Kid-friendly · Pets allowed · Barbecue

This eco-cabin is the ideal retreat for those who are looking to experience a different pace of life, and see what an environmentally friendly lifestyle really looks like. The wooden balcony offers stunning views across the Ontario landscape, in Canada. Inside, the decor is simple and rustic, and most of the interior of the cabin has been entirely crafted from wood. Fitted with two queen beds and one double bed, this glamping accommodation can easily sleep from two to six people.

Dishes, pots, and pans are provided in this cabin, although the host requests that cooking takes place outside for safety reasons, since the cabin is entirely wooden. There is a large outdoor deck and a propane barbecue, and meals can be enjoyed in the dining area inside, or outside on the picnic bench when the weather is good.

In the lounge area, there are rocking chairs and board games to spend some family time, and the host offers complimentary Wi-Fi which is sometimes limited in its range. Glampers are encouraged to light a campfire in the evenings and make use of the free starter firewood provided. In the daytime, equipment for many of the outdoor activities is provided free of charge, such as life jackets, canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. At the end of a long day of exploring the island and all it has to offer, guests can relax and take in the beautiful views from the seclusion of their private terrace, and enjoy the rustic farmyard noises.
