This property is situated at the northern end of Sault Ste. Marie, offering glampers privacy and seclusion in the outdoors, but with easy access to Sault Ste. Marie's facilities. The main office is conveniently located right off Highway 17, and a 15-minute drive to downtown Sault Ste. Marie, the Agawa Tour Train Station, and the International Bridge. The area is a haven for hikers, bikers, and of course skiers. The area has some of the best Nordic skiing trails in North America, at Hiawatha Highlands, which is a two-minute drive away, or 20 minutes away at Stokely Creek.

Hikers and bikers will love staying in these cottages; the grounds are spread over 142 acres and intersected by the Trans Canada Trail. There is also the Hiawatha Conservation Area nearby with pristine trails, a small lake with a sandy beach, and a picnic area. There are many other amazing activities in the surrounding areas, such as fishing, boating, and hunting. The cottages are a great gateway for a road trip along the shores of Lake Superior up to the stunning Chippewa Falls, with plenty of scenic beaches along the way for a picnic.

During winter, the list of activities is endless for snow sports. Searchmont Resort is a great spot for downhill skiing and snowboarding, while Stokely Creek and Hiawatha Highlands have amazing cross-country trails. Sault Ste. Marie hosts a large snowmobile trail system which crisscrosses Ontario. For a day trip, glampers can take the Agawa Canyon Tour Train 114 miles north to enjoy the pristine beauty of Agawa Canyon Wilderness Park. Glampers who fish can catch fresh salmon from the boardwalk in downtown Sault Ste. Marie, or head north to fish for smallmouth bass, pike, pickerel, and trout.
