The cabin offers many amenities to help guests feel at home. In the living area, there is Persian carpet and a wood-burning stove with plenty of firewood. Guests will love putting their feet up on the comfy couch after a busy day spent down at the water. In addition, there is a kitchen area with everything needed to prepare tasty meals. A daily breakfast hamper is provided to set guests up for the day and a BBQ is available for grilling up a storm. Outside, guests will find a charming screened porch where they can curl up with a book while enjoying the views of the water.

Glampers can start the day off right by enjoying the continental breakfast basket that will be delivered to their rental each morning. The wicker hamper includes fresh pastries, homemade granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, and juice. There is also a BBQ to use for cooking throughout the day.
While there is no telephone, radio, or TV in the rental, guests can make use of the phone and Wi-Fi available in the main lodge on the property. Docking is available for small fishing boats.

Nearby, guests will be able to take a boat trip to the breathtaking Five Finger Rapids. Often labeled Ontario's most beautiful rapid system, the hiking in this area is second to none. Guests can head out by motorboat or in one of the property's pontoon boats and arrive in just 15 minutes. Alternatively, they can travel by canoe and enjoy the hour paddle to get to the rapids.
Glampers should be sure to take advantage of the nearby Mashkinonje Provincial Park during their vacation, set just 25 minutes from the property. Here, they will be able to explore the rugged trails and get to know the unique wildlife in the area. Further afield, Killarney Provincial Park is approximately an hour and a half away and is also well worth a visit. Heading northwest, glampers can enjoy city life with a day trip to Sudbury, where there is a fabulous selection of museums to visit.

Thanks to the setting of the property on the banks of the French River, glampers will be able to take advantage of the many nearby lakes, bays, islands, rapids, cliffs, and beaches during their stay. In addition, the property is surrounded by forests that are home to miles and miles of trails for hiking and enjoying a scenic picnic. The hosts have dedicated time to establishing wonderful hiking routes right from the property for guests to enjoy, ensuring that they can make the most of the beautiful location.
There are canoes available for guests to use for both smooth and whitewater canoeing if they are keen to get out on the water. For fishers, the banks of the river are ideal for setting up with a rod and there are also boats available to rent for fishing. Swimming and paddling in the water is a great way to cool off on warmer days and guests will find stunning waterfalls and natural swimming areas just a short distance from the property.
