Nothing could be better for that next fishing trip than this rustic cottage rental with access to Lake Nipissing and the French River in Ontario, Canada. This luxuriously modern cottage features two bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. For optimal flexibility for singles and couples, the beds are all twin-size and can be converted into king-size beds with a nylon strap and a bed bridge. Each bed has quality 250 percale sheets and Hudson Bay blankets for maximum comfort.
Guests can lounge around on the rustic-themed furniture, which includes a sofa, chairs, a and a wooden dresser among other pieces. The cottage has a private bathroom with towels provided.
The kitchen area includes a fridge for storing food as well as an electric stove. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware to cook up the catch of the day. Guests can use the coffeemaker to enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the porch, furnished with log furniture and a five-piece teak patio set. The dazzling panoramic views of this cottage will make it hard to ever leave!
Free Wi-Fi is provided at every cottage and at the main lodge. Guests are welcome to enjoy each other's company and swap fishing stories at the main lodge's dining room and lounge. The dining room features a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with panoramic views. In the lounge, glampers can feel free to use the guitars mounted on the walls, watch TV, or admire the night sky from one of the telescopes. All guests have access to self-service laundry for the duration of their stay. Outside, everyone is welcome to share the gardens, the patio, the outdoor grill and the picnic areas.

Rates are based on a minimum occupancy of two adults per studio cottage, three adults per two-bedroom cottage, and five adults per three-bedroom cottage. Children under the age of five are free of charge, and children 12 and under receive a 50% discount.
A $200 minimum deposit per adult must be made at the time of reservation and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, cash, or personal check.
There is a 15% discount for guests who do not require a boat or bring their own. Gasoline is not available at our dock.
There is a Spring Special for All-Inclusive rentals from May 20th – June 4th at $165 per person per day, including weekends.
The Fall Discount runs from Sept. 5th - Oct. 10th and gives guests a 15% discount, not applicable to specials.
Regarding cancellations, the deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least eight weeks prior to the dates booked. In the case of cancellations made between eight and two weeks prior to the dates booked, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future reservation of equal or greater value within the same or following season. Any cancellation made with less than two weeks' notice will not receive a refund and the use of the deposit for future reservations is at the discretion of the management.

For world-class fishing, glampers won't have to go far to cast a line. The waters surrounding the property are also fantastic for activities such as canoeing and kayaking. For a break from aquatics, guests can borrow a map and hike on the nearby trails, maintained by the Dokis First Nation. The region's diverse ecosystem also makes it ideal for photography and wildlife viewing, with a bald eagle's nest not far from the property.
