The rental has a master bedroom, with its own bathroom and a queen size bed and views of the National Park, as well as the ocean. The second bedroom also with a queen-size bed, an adjacent bathroom, and there is a small kids’ room with just a single bed. Each bedroom opens on to a large living/dining area with a couch and two overstuffed arm chairs, and a flat screen TV. The full kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic stove top and microwave.
There is a separate, covered terrace area with a gas BBQ, nice ocean views, and the property surrounded by a grass lawn in between the ornamental plantings. Air conditioning is available in all the rooms throughout the house.

Sport Fishing: Quepos is world famous for off-shore bill fishing with many record sail fish, marlin, snapper and tuna caught in local waters. Summer and Green Season: Cancellations 22 - 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 25%. Cancellations 14 - 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 50%. Any cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the expected date of arrival will not be reimbursed.
Christmas Season (December 21 – 31): Any cancellation will be charged 25%. Cancellations 22 - 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 50%. Any cancellation 14 days or less prior to the expected date of arrival will not be reimbursed. Cancellation charges are calculated from the total cost of the reservation.
