Our villa is maintained in the perfect state of the most luxurious resort by our maid who has been working for our guests since long ago.

Guest Access:
Please, send us the copies of passports/IDs of your group members to get access cards to the gated community. They will be ready for your check-in always when you send your documents beforehand. You might be asked for an ID for your first access.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always ready to answer any of your questions. Do not hesitate to contact me. We will be happy to help you book transport from and to the airport, as well as excursions, shopping and other services. A chef service is available at an additional cost.

Registration will be done by me or my assistant. We provide you with all the information you need, give you helpful tips on what to do and where to go - you will know all about the best places to visit.

The Neighborhood:
This lovely residence is located right in the center of the world famous Cocotal Golf Club with great views. Where else can you combine a vacation with a golfing or a lesson?

In addition, the residential complex has a small grocery store and a restaurant.

If you decide to take a break from your workouts, you can bask in the sun on the beautiful white sand beach of Bavaro near the residence (5 minutes drive). Enjoy your vacation and try various activities such as scuba diving and snorkelling, dine in good company at international restaurants or sip a refreshing drink in one of the many bars, go shopping, visit sports or massage centers.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop just opposite the entrance to Cocotal, or we can help you rent a car! We also organize transfers to / from the airport, cafes / restaurants / nightclubs at any time of the day or night. Do not hesitate to find out everything about the transfer at the most reasonable price.

The rental price includes 9h maid service, WI-FI, and Cable tv!
Additional services, which can be provided (subject to availability and extra charges), include:

- Private chef is available with an additional daily cost of USD 150 and includes 3 meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Grocery is bought apart and if you wish us to buy the groceries for you, we normally charge 15% plus to the total bill for this kind of service.

- Private airport transfers from/to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ)

- In-villa Spa services

- Excursions (snorkeling, fishing, catamaran, swimming with dolphins, zip lines, etc.)

On the arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a security deposit of $1500 in cash, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out

House Rules:

1. If upon arriving at the property, you have any questions or doubts, please make sure to ask my check-in assistant or me during check-in. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.

2. If upon arriving at the property, you do not like something or find it inconvenient for your stay, please let my check-in assistant and me know immediately. By checking in, taking the keys and staying at the property, you express your complete satisfaction with it.

3. It is prohibited to throw paper into the toilet. There is a special trash bin nearby.

4. Air conditioners (AC) are to be used only with closed doors and windows. Using the ACs with open doors and/or windows may cause the overload, overheat and failure of ACs. If the ACs stop functioning because of improper usage (with open doors and/or windows), you cover the cost of repair.

5. During the check-in, you will receive information about how to use the ACs, water heater, kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi and other devices. Make sure to ask any questions if you have doubts. All the appliances must function perfectly at your check-in. Any damages to the property, its furniture or equipment caused during your stay are to be covered by you.

6. According to the Villa Regulations, a deposit of US$1500 is charged upon check-in and will be refunded at check-out minuse possible payment for damages to the property if there are any.

7. The electricity is included in the price.

8. Maintenance and repair personnel is available to provide any repair services from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please, let me know whenever you need help with any inconveniences or damages.

9. Early check-in and late check-out are paid extra depending on the time. Let me know in advance your arrival and departure hours.

10. Taking the keys of the property during the check-in, you declare that you were the person who made the reservation and paid for it using one of the available payment methods (credit/debit card, Paypal, or other payment method available) and that you are satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and have no complaints during the check-in. Payment for accommodation is not refundable.

11. The Host accepts no liability for any valuables or objects left unattended or left in the safe box.

12. The Host accepts no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances out of direct control of the host.

13. The Host is not responsible for possible consequences of force major circumstances or any damage or death caused by such.

14. You agree that any claim or dispute whatsoever that you may have against me, the Host, or any of my employees, resulting from any event occurring in the Dominican Republic, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.

15. Violation of any of the above-mentioned rules is subject to a fine of US$300 in favor of the villa administration.

16. Any cancellations are made according to the reservation and cancellation policy. Please, pay attention to the cancellation policy set for this property. An anticipated check-out is not subject to refund of any kind (neither partial nor total).
