This idyllic cottage rental with a fireplace is located on peaceful rural acreage, just a few minutes from Burnie, Tasmania, and can accommodate up to six guests. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a comfortable, queen-size bed, and the other two bedrooms have single beds. A fold-down single bed is also available. On request, a single bed can be put in the downstairs area for guests who may have problems with stairs. In the full bathroom, guests will find a vanity with a sink, a toilet, and a combination shower and spa bath. All linens and towels are provided.

The living room features ample natural light, a wood-burning stove, a comfortable three-piece suite, and a television with a DVD player and Surround Sound. A library of free DVD movies is also provided. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a full gas oven, a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, small appliances, crockery, cutlery, and bake and cooking ware. Other amenities include extra heating, two pedestal fans, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine and outside line. A free highchair, and porta cot can be provided on request.

Outside games are provided for the children and there is a covered patio lined with lovely flowers, a gas grill, a basketball hoop, a trampoline, a swing set, a playground, and approximately two acres of grassy lawn surrounded by refreshing trees. There is ample parking for several cars on the property. The sheep may be hand fed by children (and adults) at feeding times and if our lady hens are behaving, freshly laid eggs may be available for your breakfast.

This rental includes convenient on-site parking. For entertainment, guests will find a TV with a DVD player, a video library, board games, and a collection of books. No matter the temperature outside, guests can stay cozy with the indoor heating and the wood-burning stove. There is also a washer to keep clothes fresh during any stay.

Outside, guests can have a BBQ on the grill while enjoying the fresh air. The cottage also comes with a basketball hoop, a trampoline, swings, and lawn games.
