This off-the-grid glamping property consists of four luxury tents and is perfect for a weekend retreat in Australia. The tents have a two-person occupancy, giving the entire property a total maximum capacity of eight guests. The tents can be booked individually by different travelers or all four tents can be booked together for a group of eight guests who'd like the site exclusively for themselves. The idea behind this glamping property is also that of a long weekend, so all trips go from Friday morning to Sunday post-lunch.

The luxury tents come with either a king-size bed or two twin beds, based on guests' needs. Quality linens, towels, and pillows are provided. All tents are also elevated on timber platforms. Bathroom facilities are located in a separate structure, including a hot outdoor shower nestled into one of the most beautiful parts of the property. All meals are prepared for guests and enjoyed in the dining house.

This is an all-inclusive property, and accommodation and all food and drink are included, as well as transportation to and from Hobart, the capital city of Tasmania, to Bruny Island. Also included are coastal walks, an award-winning Bruny Island Cruise, expert, qualified guides, and all national park passes. In addition, this glamping property is geared towards long weekends specifically, so there is a set Friday through Sunday itinerary, as detailed in "Activities."

Almost all of the food served to guests at this glamping property comes locally from the island or Tasmania. Fresh seafood is abundant in this part of Tasmania, as well as local cheese, wine, olives, and berries. Making fudge and the farming of sheep, goats, pigs, and wallabies is also prominent here.

This glamping property is off-the-grid and highly eco-friendly. They harvest rain water to use throughout the site, including for the outdoor shower. There is a gas system in place for all hot water, as well as a solar panel on the roof of the main structure provides power to run the pumps, energy-efficient lighting in the main structure, and two power points where guests can recharge their small electronic devices, such as cameras. All the wood used to construct the property's various structures was also salvaged from the southern forests of Tasmania.

The following is the set itinerary for a Friday through Sunday long weekend at this glamping site:

Day 1: Upon arriving at Bruny Island, guests will be led on a walk out to a cape on the east coast of the island, which will last a total of five to six hours. After the walk, guests will go into the Great Bay, be taught how oysters are harvested, and get to try out the process themselves. From there, they'll be taken to the accommodations, where they can take a shower and get ready for the evening, which includes drinks as a group in the dining house while dinner is being prepared.

Day 2: The second day starts off with a guided walk to East Cloudy Head for views of the rugged southern coast and the Southern Ocean, which will last a total of five to six hours. From there, guests will head to Ross O'Meara's neighboring farm to collect ingredients for that night's dinner. After that, there will be down time for everyone to explore the island at their leisure or have some quality R&R. Later on, all will gather around the fire to partake in a glass of pinot from a local Tasmanian vineyard.

Day 3: The last day of the long weekend will begin with a short morning walk through the rainforest and a search for white wallabies. Next, guests will get to go on the aforementioned, award-winning Bruny Island Cruise and will get an opportunity to see the local dolphins, sea seals, whales, and albatross. There will be a lunch and a farewell drink at The Jetty Cafe, and then glampers will be transported by boat back to Hobart to head home.
