The interior features modern decor and eco-friendly furnishings made from timber reclaimed from the Essendon Tram Depot. The bedroom is brightly lit with natural light and has a queen-size bed with a unique wooden frame. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a shower, and a sink. Linens and towels are provided.

The living room has a sofa, a TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor deck. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, an oven, a toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, cookware, and dishware. Local “Arrandene” coffee is provided. The dining area features a lovely glass table for two. Other amenities include BluRay, an iPod Bluetooth speaker, a telescope, and a selection of books and magazines. This retreat is an eco-friendly earth-sheltered building, which uses natural terrain against the walls of the house to maintain an ideal indoor temperature. The building cannot be seen from above and the roof is covered in a garden.
