This site is perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts looking to get back in touch with nature while disconnecting from the stresses of the city. Wildlife watching is a popular activity, with plenty to see from grizzly and black bears to coyotes and eagles, just to name a few. Right at their fingertips, guests will find miles of hiking through the thick forestry and along the rushing rivers. Lava Bed Park offers great day trips where they can also visit the ice-cold glacial-fed waters of Vetter Creek which flow above and under the lava fields. For a relaxing soak, Aiyansh Hot Springs is a short drive away where guests can sink into the warm waters. Dragon Lake is less than half an hour north of the glamping site and is great for fishing and swimming.
