This year-round cabin near the beach and mountains is located between the Blue Mountains and Collingwood in Ontario, Canada. The accommodation offers an ideal getaway at any time of the year for families or a large group. The property is on Shale Beach along the shores of the Georgian Bay and is just a short drive to the Blue Mountain village and ski area.

There are four bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 guests. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a double jet tub and shower with glass doors. There is a second bedroom on the main floor with double doors opening up to a balcony with a charming cafe table looking out to the backyard. The rear bedroom on the second has a balcony looking toward the forested area of the backyard. There is a fourth bedroom on the third level. Cozy linens are provided in the bedrooms and the bathroom floors are all heated to keep guests warm.

There are four full bathrooms in the cottage, including the master ensuite bathroom and the main floor bathroom, which has a shower and spa tub with jets.

The gourmet kitchen on the main level has all the appliances guests need to feel right at home. There is a center island with seating to gather around for afternoon snacks and drinks and ample counter space to cook up a weekend brunch or an evening meal together. There is a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator on the second floor next to the theatre room, making it a perfect setup to enjoy a late night snack and settle in for a movie.

Natural light flows in through the windows of the dining room adjacent to the kitchen on the main level. The dining table seats eight guests and there are two seats available at the kitchen island for additional seating. The colorful living room on the main floor has a comfy love seat and two plush armchairs.

The third level has a recreational area with dining table, foosball table, and collection of games and books to browse.

The backyard is perfect for large groups and families, hosting seating around a firepit, a hot tub, and a jungle gym with a fort and swing set. The Georgian Recreational Trail is located just steps beyond the property.

The large home has three levels with spectacular views of the Georgian Bay from the balconies and bedroom windows. In addition to the gourmet kitchen on the main floor, there is a kitchenette on the second level adjacent to the theatre room. There is a recreational area with games and a card table on the third floor. The backyard offers amazing amenities for glampers to relax within the surrounding sounds of nature, including a fire pit, hot tub, and swing set for children.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, heating and air conditioning, linens and towels, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, gas fireplace, and a recreational room with Wii console. Guests will have full use kitchen and appliances, including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and toaster.

There is an outdoor dining area with a gas grill and a private yard with swing set.
