During heavy rain, small amounts of water can enter through the hole in the tipi that allows smoke to escape. Fires cannot be lit during wet weather as all smoke flaps must be closed.
The woodland setting of the rental means the tipi can have the occasional insect, however, small fires tend to keep most of them away.
Be kind to the environment and take care of the surroundings.

The woodland setting of this unique rental gives glampers the opportunity to enjoy some wonderful hikes in the area. There are various trails starting at the rental itself to choose from, and glampers can choose from harder mountain climbs, mesmerizing waterfalls, historical Native American trails, caves, and also a peaceful lake. The hosts also lead a silent hike. Guests can look forward to a phone-free day with limited chatter and just lose themselves in the stunning nature surrounding them. The rental is set on a working farm, and as such, the hosts love to show their guests around on a tour of the property. Glampers can meet the Angora goats, Saucy the cow, and not forgetting Vincent, the friendly resident horse. In addition, guests will get the opportunity to see the koi pond, the hosts' sawmill, the vegetable garden, maple syrup processing area, and more. The hosts also offer a demonstration of how the Angora goats' fur is spun into clothes, and guests can also purchase items to try it out for themselves. On a forest sculpture hike with the hosts, glampers are encouraged to collect materials along the way to then be used to create a sculpture at a designated point in the woods.
