Romulus

Romulus is a town that lies in between Seneca Lake and Cayuga Lake, and is famed across the state for producing some of the best wine in the region. Not only this, but the stunning natural scenery makes it a hub for lovers of the outdoors to come and enjoy a range of outdoor activities all year round. Stroll through Buttonwood Grove Winery to take in the scenery, and for some of the best light walks in the summer months, when the sweet smell of grapes fills the air, or take a trip to the nearby Finger Lakes National Forest. Here, you can follow hiking trails through thick, green trees, and you can also participate in fishing. Spot local wildlife as you hike through Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge.
