The New River runs just north, where guests can go fishing or just simply take in the beautiful nature an ecosystem that surrounds the river. The Gauley River National Recreational Area is further north of the New River and offers great white-water rapids. Guests can grab a raft and head down the Gauley River as the rapids rush on for a thrill-seeking ride. Downtown Fayetteville has some great bars, shops, and restaurants, where guests can sample and enjoy the local culture and cuisine. Guests can also enjoy the food and beverage at the on-site grill and pub, relaxing after a long day of exploring.
