This family-friendly vacation rental is located in La Porte, near South Bend, Indiana, and can accommodate 16 guests. Between the two neighboring cottages, there are five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The first bedroom up in the loft has a king-size bed, three twin beds, and a sunny window seat. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

Over in the second cottage, the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed and a queen-size bed and may be used as a yoga studio instead of a bedroom with notice in advance. The fifth bedroom has five twin beds, a cozy fireplace, and comfy seating. In the each of the three full bathrooms, guests will find a sink, a toilet, and a shower. Linens and towels are kindly provided.
 
The main living room features ample natural light, smooth hardwood floors, tropical artwork, a plush sofa with a matching love seat, a luxurious armchair, a wood-burning fireplace, a pool table, and a flat-screen cable TV. The second living room centers on a breathtaking rock fireplace and also enjoys polished hardwood floors, two upscale sofas, and intricate geometrical decor. Guests will love kicking back and relaxing in these gorgeous living spaces. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything that guests need to prepare delicious home-cooked food, boasting an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a hairdryer, a washer and dryer, an iron and board, and parking.

Outside, each cottage has a deck, where guests can take their morning coffees to enjoy the peace and quiet of the expansive grassy yard, complete with a pond, a stunning water fountain, and the bright seasonal foliage of the surrounding trees. Should guests wish to take the cooking outside, there is a barbecue grill available, and as the sun sets, guests can light up the fire pit and roast some s'mores.

This rental includes complimentary Wi-Fi in the second property and parking. For entertainment, guests will find a flat-screen cable TV.
